Payment: All prices displayed on the website are in U.S. Dollars. Octo-Wireless accepts Visa with no surcharge. Your credit card will only be billed when your order ships.

Purchase orders are accepted from U.S. companies (no individuals) with pre-approved credit. If you would like to apply for a credit account, please call us at 703-495-7619. Credit approval normally takes 5 business days.

All sales are COD or prepaid unless credit is approved. A finance charge will be applied each month on past due accounts computed at the rate of 1,5% per month. All sales are considered final and complete after 15 days from date of invoice. No returns for refund will be accepted after 15 days.

Shipment: We strive to ship all "in stock" orders the next business day if the order is received by 11:00 a.m. EST. Some orders may require a signed credit card authorization form that could delay shipment. In the event that an item is not in stock, we will notify you by e-mail or phone with an estimated delivery time. Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery terms are FOB, Alexandria (VA) unless otherwise specified in writing.

Shipping to 48 Continental United States: Most regular shipments under 150 pounds will be via UPS Ground unless the customer specifies another type of shipping on the order form.

Very large or heavy orders will be shipped via motor freight collect, best way, unless specified otherwise by the customer.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska: All regular shipments will be via UPS 2nd Day Air. Packages will be limited to 70 pounds.

Return Policy: Equipment Return - No used product may be returned for credit, replacement, or exchange other than as provided for in Octo-Wireless' Limited Warranty. New, unused/uninstalled, product many be returned in original packing, including all components, cables, software, manuals, etc., within 10 business days of invoice for credit only and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All sales are considered final and may be returned for repair or replacement only if they are found to be defective out of the box. Manufacturer’s warranty may apply to these items.

Return Material Authorization - All returns must be accompanied by an Octo-Wireless Return Material Authorization form that may be obtained by contacting Octo-Wireless at sales@octo-wireless.com or 703-495-7619. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges.

Limited Warranties: Appropriate Use - Selection of product, its installation and use are the sole responsibility of the customer. Octo-Wireless provides no skill or judgment related to the application of the products it sells.

Manufacturer-labeled warranty - Octo-Wireless sells the products of reputable manufacturers under their respective brand or trade names. Octo-Wireless makes no express or implied warranty as to such goods. Customer remedies for defects of goods are subject to any limitations contained in their manufacturer's terms and conditions to Octo-Wireless and the provisions of the manufacturer's warranty, either or both of which will be furnished upon request. Octo-Wireless is not responsible for any warranty-related issues.

Octo-Wireless-labeled warranty – Octo-Wireless warrants the product sold under its name to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of invoice. This warranty does not apply to products that: are opened, altered, or defaced; are not used in accordance with instructions and the normal intended use; or require replacement due to abnormal use, natural disaster, rust or corrosion, lightning strike, power surge, physical damage to internal or external parts. Defective items may be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Octo-Wireless.

THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THE GOODS PURCHASED HEREUNDER AND IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OTHERWISE IMPLIED BY LAW INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LABOR, LOSS OF PRODUCT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGE.

Typographical errors: Octo-Wireless, LLC. is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing, copy, photography or application. In the event of a pricing error we will contact you with the corrected pricing information. We also reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.
